hm

was about to write a new post, checked into the blog, discovered that on the laptop du jour the last post looked like this:

it's a book called The Poem Itself. 45 modern poets in French, German, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian with translations. There's also a companion volume, The Hebrew Poem Itself.

yea, wasn't sure if that was intentional or not- but it has totally happened to me before, I wish I knew how to add spacing when amping up the font size...

The problem is in the html. You changed the size by making it imitate the size in the title, rather than specifying a type size.

This is the offending line.

[h1 class="parseasinTitle"][span id="btAsinTitle" style=""]

(Put brackets to be able to quote, should be <>)

Dunno why you redefined the h1 style, but there it is.

I think it looks cool.

i thought it was intentional! an attempt to mimic cover design, or something: the words don't overlap quite so much on this computer so it was readable enough.

I just cut and pasted it off amazon, probably because I was in a rush, writing from my gym. This doesn t usually give any problems. And now I have 2 min left on machine in gatwick...
